Kimberly (Lead Surgical Assistant / Front Desk)
Kim, a Port Angeles Native, has been a dental assistant since 2008. She is our longest tenured employee and has been working with Dr. Turella since he came to the Peninsula in 2013. Kim is a versatile staff member, being able to manage both surgical assisting and front desk responsibilities. What she enjoys most about working at the practice is that it is "team oriented" and that it gives her an opportunity to help those in need. When not working, she enjoys paddle boarding, biking, fishing, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
Tara (Surgical Assistant)
Tara, a Sequim native, has been an oral surgery assistant since 2016. She has been working with Dr. Turella for the entirety of her dental career. Tara is hard working, loyal, and is very tech savvy. We rely on her to manage our online presence including social media. When asked what she enjoys most about working in the practice she responded, "My work family.... They make everyday so much better." When not working Tara enjoys doing photography, graphic design, painting and basically doing anything creative.
Kaylee (Surgical Assistant)
Kaylee, our newest assistant, was born in Vancouver, WA. She moved to Sequim in 2009 and has been working as a surgical assistant in our office since 2022. She is a hard worker, a team player, and a fast learner. Kaylee says she enjoys all aspects of the job, but finds helping our patients is the most rewarding part. When not at work, Kaylee enjoys walking and hiking with her dog Chevy, as well as playing disc golf.
Jadyn (Insurance Coordinator)
Jadyn was born and raised on the Olympic Peninsula. She joined the practice in the summer of 2020, after finishing her Associates of Arts Degree and office assistant certification from Peninsula College. Friendly and hardworking, Jadyn is frequently a patient’s first contact at the office. She routinely handles the majority of patient insurance and office billing. "My favorite part of my job" is her description of her interactions with our patients and her coworkers. When not at work, Jadyn enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and taking her dog Remy to the beach.
